Didnt Got The Needed Quest Item Becouse Of Server Restart! Pls Help

    So i was doint the WynnExcavation site A quest and i talked to Tesha when the server restarted but it restarted before i got the item that se would give me, becouse i didnt get the item the game thinks i already got the item so i cant get it again from het but i cant give the item to Excavator Vade becouse i never got it. PLEASE help me beoucse i realy want to do the quest ;)
