    If you want to get out, use /kill if you have 3 or more soul points.

    Or just use a teleportation scroll!

    From what I can gather from your tags, you're stuck in the "Sewer Trap". This originally had a way out, but it became clogged and impossible to exit. If you have 3 or more Soul Points (Nether Stars), use the command "/kill", or if you have one use a Teleportation Scroll.
