You shouldn't need a certain person's permission just to host an event of the same kind, just because they did it first.
It's not Pillow's authority to decide whether this is allowed or not.
Nor is it Pillow's own private trademark in which others cannot infringe upon.
Sure, it's obvious that this "Christmas Ball" is all too similar to the "Thanksgiving Ball", but really?
That's like saying you're not allowed to invite friends to your birthday party, because someone else did it already.
Let people decide for themselves if they want to attend."
