Wheres The Boat Merchant?

I'm in Pirate city. yeah. you might be thinking:
"Damn it, Adam. Why did you goto Pirate City?! your only level 19!"
Well, I wanted to look at gavels door... but someone.. (Ahem.) blocked them. I lost my boat to the worldguard. is there a boat merch ANYWHERE on pirate city.

There is no boat merchant in Pirate Town. Rule #12 of Wynncraft: ALWAYS bring at least 5 boats if you plan on doing any ocean travel whatsoever. Don't be afraid to resupply your boat supply whenever possible.

if you're mage/archer/warrior just spam the travel spell on water and you're faster than a boat..

 

Yeah... Pirate town needs some love and attention I think. I remember visiting when stopping by to do the ocean mini dungeon and just feeling really underwhelmed...
