So, anyway, I am ginjaninja42. Now I know i am not cedarbear, but he can't seem to get any mods to respond to his posts. Consequently, I am making a new thread on the subject in the hopes that I can get someone to pay attention. So you see, my friend was banned about 5 months ago due to god knows what. Apparently what happened is he was playing, leveling up, killing boars in the forest, like you do... when his chunks started spazzing and he was timed out. When he tried to get back on, he found that he had been banned. Neither of us are sure exactly what happened but we would both really appreciate it if any of the mods could unban my friend, cedarbeargamer. Thanks.

Boars don't spawn in the forest, they spawn in a field around Time Valley, far from any forest, therefore I do not believe this is credible
Jk idk if that was a mistake or what

 

1. This is fishy, there is no way he could of been banned when stuck in a chunk. And I'm pretty sure boars are removed, if not they arent in the forest
2. Does he have proof of being banned, like does his screen say hes banned
3. Its his problem that hes been banned, doing this will get you in trouble, I get hes your friend, but your friend has to this himself.
4. Did he make an appeal?

 

When he tries to log on to the server it should say who banned him and why.

 

it does not just say BANNED. it says BANNED FOR X. what is that? like if your saying it just says BANNED, the staff can acctualy look up the reason why he was banned so their is no point in lying

 

We never killed boars in the forest, we kill humans there.
However, tell your "friend" to post a ban appeal here: https://forums.wynncraft.com/forums/ban-appeals.84/ and tell the god to edit your friend's post and put the reason there with tagging the mod who banned him.

Cause he clearly didn't specify that they don't specifically know either.

 

It usually says "You have been banned for [insert reason for ban here]"

 

Well then ask for that, and not "what were you banned for". You need to be specific.

 

It's possible that they were talking about the little wood (since that's pretty close to Time Valley) and they were just remembering the area wrong, although that's still pretty suspicious in it's own right.

 

He was banned for killing non-existant mobs

ok, for clarification, everyone... killing boars in the forest is just an rpg expression meaning grinding and leveling up, and i thought everyone would get that, my bad.

 

...Except cedarbeargamer isn't banned? I've checked our player database and while yes, there is a cedarbeargamer, he's not banned. Yes, I am looking at the right player page because you have each other on friendlist. I've also searched through our appeals and couldn't find an appeal either. This could be due to any number of things so that's nothing too important, but I couldn't find a cedarbeargamer forum account either. If you happen to know it, send it my way and this whole thing will be sorted much easier. From the forum account I can find where that appeal is, and see what the deal is.
