Zamii070 was harassed by SJWs for her Steven Universe fanart so much that she attempted suicide, but still lived.

Here's a pretty detailed rant about SJWs regarding this event.

Seriously, fuck these Social Justice Warriors, or as someone who commented on this video properly called them: Social Justice Terrorists.

They are giving the rest of us Steven Universe fans a really bad name, and MLP: FiM fans as well, prompting a bunch of fucking idiots into thinking the entire fanbase is all SJT.

Let's hope they all burn in hell, both SJTs and the idiots calling the rest of us SJTs even though we aren't.

Had Zamii actually died in her suicide attempt, you would have hundreds, if not thousands, of people who just turned into murderers for VOLUNTEERING MANSLAUGHTER.

    Let that sink in.

No matter how terrible someone is acting, I understand you tho, in my opinion no one deserves to burn in hell.

It's rather foolish that there are enormous internet fan-bases that watch and discuss childish, and in some cases infantile, cartoons. However, I also respect that people have the right to pursue whatever interests they choose to.

Similarly, the people who made distasteful remarks have the right to do so.

In this context, you are in no position to declare that people that simply press keys on their keyboards are in deservance of burning in hell. This is an exaggerated comment and depicts your viewpoint of this matter as overly concerned.

I dont exactly think that you understand the situation.

What happened here wasn't that a few people said 'i dont like this show'. What happened was that there was a group of people dedicated to bullying and verbally assaulting a person, until they eventually attempted suicide.

The people who assaulted the person in question were also 'fans' and had a personal vendetta against zamii, they had a blog dedicated to cataloging every minute detail, every minor fuckup that she made, a critical analysis of pretty much her entire online life, and to top it off the fans of that blog sent lots of hate to zamii and eventually it became too much and she snapped. (There was even a post going around with a list of famous artists on tumblr listed "Tumblr artists who are despicable excuses for human beings" [or something along those lines] and she was on that list, among many others.)

And, because i've been following this story for a while, there were some fans of the hate-blog who were overjoyed that she had 'died', and the people behind the hate-blog refused to accept responsibility because 'she had other things going on in her life' and claimed that they shouldn't be held accountable. (this was before the news came out that she had survived).

After the news came out that Zamii actually didn't die, the hate-blog continued to refuse responsibility because 'she didn't even die so yeah.'

These people aren't haters of a series, or even fans, nor are they terrorists, these are individuals who are so separated from the world that they feel like harassing someone into attempted suicide is acceptable, these are people who cheered when they heard the news that the person they've been stalking could possibly be dead due to attempted suicide, these are people who deliberately went out of their way to dedicate a blog to analyze and monitor the life of a (idk how old she is) year old girl, and then when she made a couple of minor mistakes, labelled her as a horrible excuse for a human being and that she should die.

These people are emotionless, dangerous psycopaths.

I mean, this isn't even the internet definition of social justice anymore.

    It's just straight up harassment.

But yes, while I agree that telling them to burn in hell was a bit extreme, the situation itself is a very serious matter, and Shadow being angry and defensive is understandable.

Someone almost died here, and believe me, this will happen again, because it already has.

    An example of this is:

    Xkit guy

-Was sent tons of hate mail due to false accusations

While he didn't exactly attempt to kill himself, the emotional stress made him end up leaving and made him deeply question whether or not he was a good person.

Where am i going with this? I dont know, honestly.

All I'm trying to say is that we need to do something about this, because a lot of people consider things like this as things that just 'happen' to people, instead of things we actively influence and change.

Harassment like this is never acceptable, regardless of whether you have good intentions or not.

But unfortunately, if you're ever in a situation like this, you might just join in, because that's what happens on the internet. You stop seeing people as people.

You just see them as words.

These Social Justice Warriors (a.k.a Feminists/Feminazis) to me, are like the average little 6 year old girl who hates boys, but at a much more immature and obsessive scale for their age.

EDIT: It feels like my early elementary school days when I hear of these SJWs

Society will crumble, people cave into the ideology of extreme social justice radicals and shit hits the fan. Nothing you can do but watch as the flames engulf everything.

That's one of the main reasons that the internet is considered as a dangerous place. Usually, when there's a hater or something like that on the internet, people just won't respond seriously. But when there's a stalking situation on someone, that's just wrong. When you're hating on a spesiphic person because of their opinions, thoughts, race, or anything else, you not better then an 8 years old kid that hating.

One of the main reasons for this situation was because it started from a fanart.
You see, the human brain works pretty simple when it comes to those situations.
When someone posts art, there are always some people who'll be jealous of other people. Because it was an art, it makes a lot of sense. The basics of the human brain is to be the best at everything, which causes some people to get jealous on someone better then them. This leads to a hate, harsh, and many other things. This is the same reason that something popular, for example a youtuber, gets a lot of hate. When a youtuber is becoming very popular, a lot more people are jealous of their success, which leads to more hate.
We need to try get more mature, and understand that sometimes, there's someone better then us on something, but we need to understand and accept it.

And next time you try to harsh someone because of opinions, race, or because of being jealous, please think about how is this gonna effect the other side.

I couldn't agree more. The main reason for that is because you don't know these people in real life, so you'll probably think "why would I care? It's just words" but it's not! Every person you meet, in the internet, or real life, has his/her own life story and problems. Most of the "bullies" on the internet are being called "hiding behind the screens" for reason! You see, when you don't know the person, you care less about them, which couses you to have more confidence while "talking" to them. Those haters won't dare to stand in front of Zamii in real life, and tell her :"We hate you and we want you to go kill yourself". I mean, no one will ever say such thing in real life, but the internet is a way for people to hide themselves, and say whatever they want.

Just please don't forget: when you want to hate, think about the other side first. Think about the person, a real human being, is on the other side, and your comments are much more effective on this human then you think they are.
