Bug? And It's Annoying Af

In the spider dungeon, if you're in midair when the boss puts cobwebs around you, you get kicked for flying. I lost 3 keys that way already

 

Wel if that happens just do /kill or use a tp scroll, and I'm sure that a staff is on it

That isn't the problem, the problem is that he gets kicked out of the dungeon.

Cant do /kill if you're kicked from the server, and tp scrolls will just waste the key

 

hm true ,but sometimes you get stuck in the void and you don't get kicked for flying whic his where /kill comes in handy.

 

...but that's got nothing to do with what this guy needs help with.

My best advice would be to try to avoid being in the air when fighting the spider. Other than that, I don't think this is an easy fix.

As our beloved Sage is saying, avoid being in the air when you know that causes this bug.
This is the same thing as with boats. For some reason, if you stand on, or in this case inside, an entity the server can not decide if you are flying or not. We have this issue because we are having issues working with almost any regular Minecraft entity that has not been rewritten by Jumla.

 

You would still waste the key. Also, the spiders in the Amadel fight in WynnExcavation Site D shoot the same attack.

 

this happens with any cobwebs, and it doesn't even happen all the time
and the keys barely cost any money ._.

 

I don't have many emeralds. so yeah.
