The reason i made my account name TBG because i had a typo in the email.

 

You can contact the Wynncraft Support, they can probaly help you out.
Althought I can say, allow up to 24 hours. If you do not receive anything in this time period, than you can contact the support :3

 

Honestly good luck. Like ascended kitten said, just wait 24 hours, and if you don't receive your rank. Contact support.

Like the people above me have stated, you need to wait at LEAST 24 hours. If the rank still hasn't been given to your account by then, then you should contact [email protected] via e-mail. What the people above me have not stated is that you posted this in the wrong section. I get that it can be a little confusing when you first join, but the Wynncraft section is for general discussion of the server. All server related questions should be put in the Questions subsection inside the Wynncraft section. Basically, you should see a box above the thread list when you click on Wynncraft labeled "Questions". If you have any other questions, make sure to post them there.

Everyone who purchases something always wonder why they dont receive it immedeately. Honestly, I think whoever is in charge should add a little note mentioning that you should wait at least 24 hours, and if it is not there by then they should contact support. It is always the same question "why DIDNT i get my thing? I have waited for half an hour now!"
I guess I cant really complain. I was like that too, people get worried they loose money

The a human being manages the support email and all inner workings of Wynncraft. They do not exist solely to answer complaints about not getting VIP or VIP+. Just be patient. That is all I can say in this situation.

Also, maybe the support person could have a ton of work. They are doing Wynncraft a service. They did not have to choose to do this for us all.
