Hello. As I am writing this Windows 7 is installing to my computer, and I am using my laptop. I will explain why.

Just recently, my Windows 7 computer got a virus or something. I had to order a Windows 7 installation disc to re-install Windows 7. The Microsoft support said that I should upgrade to Windows 10 because if this were to happen again Windows 7 will be unsupported soon. I said okay. Which was probably the biggest mistake I made in the time I've had computers.

A few days later, I upgraded. I tried to get used to the new system but the layout was extremely...confusing. I was able to run most of my programs fine. But that Cortana is useless. I have a really good mic and it can't even hear me. It also doesn't have witty answers, like Siri does. So I disabled Cortana and went on. I tried out Microsoft Edge, the new web browser, like Internet Explorer but with a different layout. It set my homepage to bing which I could not change, and Edge started up every time I started the computer. If I were to click on a link from Chrome, it would send me to Edge. So I kept digging into Windows 10 and trying to get used to it.
I tried playing Minecraft and recording some videos for my Youtube Channel. Every time I went in or out of fullscreen, Windows 10 prompted me to use their built-in recording software for XBox. There was no way to hide these messages(from what I could find). So the next day, I was playing Minecraft and chatting with friends on Steam when my computer stopped responding! All the programs failed and I had to force my computer to turn off. I let it sit for an hour and went to turn it back on. It wouldn't start. I let it sit a little longer and it FINALLY started. So I played my games as usual for an hour, and then it happened again. Then I couldn't turn it back on unless I chose to go into Safe Mode. If I went into Safe Mode, it kept prompting me with stuff like "Are you enjoying your experience with Windows 10 so far?" I said no, and 15 minutes later it asked me again. I decided that I should just go back to Windows 7, which I trust and isn't over complicated. So yeah.

If you are upgrading to Windows 10 and you are a gamer, I don't suggest it. Even Windows 8 is better than that. And Windows 8 is bad.

I personally love it. I haven't had any problems whatsoever. And why would you use Microsoft edge? Just keep using internet explorer.....

    I personally like Windows 7 as well. Windows 7 > Windows 10 > Windows 8.

Sometimes, rendered games close because of some driver error thing, but that's all I get. I had a much worse problem before Windows 10, which may or may not come back, which completely disabled my keyboard and made startup take 5-10 minutes until I reinstalled the system.
