Naga Viper Or Frosted Leggins?

Hey, I have a dilema. I've got 2 leggings, and don't know which to wear.
These are Naga Viper and Frosted Leggings. (Vote which are the best)

Naga Viper:
- Iron
- Rare
- lvl 56
- def 61

Frosted Leggings:
- Diamond
- Rare
- lvl 57
- def 59

Please recommend me which are the best ones. If you have had both of them and know the Id's, comment which have the better Id's.

 

Frosted leggings, highest xp bonus for leggings in the game (As of now)

 

Take the Frosted Leggings. They've got better IDs. Plus they make you look chill.

I prefer Naga Viper; they'll outshine all unique leggings up until Lv 66 where you get Leg of the Scared, and go up until Lv 63 otherwise where Ectoplasm outshines them. Don't even bother with Kratke.

Frosted leggings, I got a 31% xp bonus on mine.

what is better out of these three, and why: Naga Viper, Frosted Leggings, Kratke?

 

Naga Viper. Lowest level, highest defense, very common, tied for defense with the legendary HIGHER LEVEL Kratke. Lowest ID's out of the three.

Frosted Leggings. Mid-level of the three. Lowest defense, somewhat uncommon. Very high ID's, including 25% average XP bonus.

Kratke. Highest level. Legendary, but that doesn't do much for its ID's. It has a lot of them, but they're fairly low. Legendary, so it's super rare.

Personall I go with Naga Viper due to how reliable it is and the fact that it's so common(at least for me).
