Help A Noob

So I used to play wynncraft quite a bit, but i stopped playing around the time that the donator town was removed, can someone/anyone fill me in on whats happened and been added and what prices have majorly changed etc?
And of course if any chest routes have changed or if theres more tier 4 and 5 chests around and cool stuff that might help me get back into the swing of things. It'd help if items were priced for me too, like a white horse maxed out or clean legendary diamond armor etc, because i doubt clean stalags still sell for 6le and the 40/40 white sells for 40, but who knows :D

Well the some changes to the world, new quests, new areas but I don't think those affect the gameplay too much... White horse 40/40 is 60-70le these days and clean end games sell for 4-6le

 

A lot of the community has gotten really excited (or really bored of hearing about) the up and coming Gavel expansion for wynncraft. Nobody is quite sure when it'll be here- the deadline keeps being pushed back. The end product is pretty promising though!

 

New quests got added, the biggest quests being the Tower of Ascension which is really hard/impossible if you're low level, but I guess it was made so you could slowly progress through the tower, since it starts at level 40 and then mobs get stronger and stronger the more you progress. Final boss of the tower is by far the hardest boss in the entire game and the
other big quests were the WynnExcavation Site C and Site D quests, which complete the questline. WynnExcavation quests are by far my favorite out of all other, especially Site D.
Some prices have changed, for example endgame armor (Blue Mask, Adamantite, Crystal, Stalagmites) now costs about 4-6 LE a piece if it's clean.
I don't really recall when was the Dernel Jungle added, but I'm pretty sure that it was after the 1.12 update. Dernel Jungle is a new level 60+ area and it houses some of the new quests, such as Grand Youth, Lost in The Jungle, Lost Soles and Troubled Tribesmen.

Besides everything the people above have mentioned, there was also a big forum wipe which deleted most of the old threads. Most people refer to it as 9/7. So, if you see someone talking about 9/7 - now you know!
