Did I Get Ip Banned Or Can I Just Not Join The Server?

    Yesterday on 18 October, I tried to join the server the first time in 3 around 3 months and it just said logging in and said timed out.Did i get banned or is the server restarting because i tried it just now and it still did not work.

    if you were banned it would clearly say you were banned
