You think this is bad? Item buyers used to sell you items for 2 emeralds, ONLY 2 emeralds!

 

So once, while my friend MekakushiCode and I were in the Dead Prospectors' town near Rymek, he got enough gold to buy the Outlaw Armor set. So he bought it, went to sell it, and got a 300 Emerald profit from it. Following suit, I bought the Outlaw Armor set, went to sell it to the same merchant MekakushiCode used...and only got a 100 Emerald profit. I'm still pretty salty about that.

 

We already have a ban appeal court though...

Actually along the coastline leading up to the Gavel gate, you can find a small tent on the beach with an npc called the "Retired Scam Merchant"

The merchants actually give a lot for identified legendaries... I've seen an identified level 60 sell for 500 emeralds in olux!
