[re-created Theory] How Much Money Has Wynn Made?

Okay, so, I set up the straw polls, and this is my second version of the 'how much money has Wynncraft made' thread. I will show the results of the straw poll, and do math.

VIPs:

GC:



So these charts may look complicated at first glance, but I had the verbal list to back me up.
It looked like people said that there were at least 3000 VIPs and VIP+s. I rounded that to 3500 total VIP packages bought. Let's say that VIP+ and VIP were bought equal amounts of time, so 1750 of each package bought.

For GC, the most commonly clicked on was three entries. $4500-$5000, $20,000-$30,000, and $5,000,000<. For logic's sake, we will be going with $20,000 - $30,000 because how else do you expect all of those XP bombs, item bombs, withers, and other expensive pets and bombs to be bought? VIP packages supply you with minimal bombs/raw GC.
So, for GC, ~$25,000 money spent total.

Next, for VIP.
VIP+ = (1,750 * 50) = $87,500
VIP = (1,750 * 25) = $43,750

Add it all up, (87,500 + 43,750 + 25,000) = $156,250. This is far different from my other hypothesis, was was around $40,000.

Again, this seems rather unreasonable even with the community's answer backing up with a poll. With Salted and Grian both having Wynncraft as a full-time job, I'm not sure this is a stable source of wealth. Sure, $78,125 for one person over a Minecraft server is a lot of money (nothing compared to Hypixel ;) ), but that is just over the 4 years that Wynncraft has been alive, not per year. I'd say that they would have to be making money some other way, and Grian's 100k subs isn't going to get him much but $2,000.

 

Did you you take into account the fact that most people would've bought the Donator ranks on sales, or maybe before the price was raised - rather than when they aren't for sale?
(For example, when Wynn started, it was $10 for one month, and when they removed the "one month" thing, everyone that donated got VIP for free.
There have also been sales for certain events, such as Craftmas or Hallowynn.)

 

Honestly, I believe Grian and Salted (And Jumla ;P) receive very little of the donated amount. A big part, especially since EULA, is going to the server itself, either paying the bills that have come in already, or saving up so they can pay the next ones.
Wynncraft is expensive to keep going.

 

SO if i understanded right these aren't real nubers.. they are just what other players think... so I think only way to know how much money has it made is by asking from Grian, Salted and Jumla and if they tell you how much vips, vip+ are bought how much GC are bought or just ask for the numbers but it is very unlikely they will tell that.. So I just personally can't belive these numbers cause it is still a theory... But I think these are somewhat beliveble :D and thanks for doing all the research to this :]

 

My guess that everyone has... 3,042 LE if it were to be combined

I thought this was just going to be a thread complaining about them earning "too much money"

Though honestly, with graphs like those how stupid is it of me to think this post was made by a mere child.
