Need Help To Port Forward

So I've created a modded minecraft server with plugins and everything, and i tried to port forward to play with my friends (i don't want to use hamachi or evolve) and, it didn't work. IDK why, maybe i did it wrong or something so i tried another time and it still didn't work so guys i'll need Ur help


what do i need to fill
plz help

P.S: the protocol can be changed to UDP, TPC or UDP/TPC

I don't know how to port forward either, but if you want a free 24/7 server solution, I would recommend you to go onto triangle.gs (this doesn't count as advertising, right...?) and follow the instructions on there. They have a YouTube channel with full instructions on video on how to set up servers, as well, so you can check those out too. Hope this helped ;)
