What Should I Spend My Skill Points On??

Im thinking of buying a skill reset scroll because up until lvl 30 i thought spending you points on everything was the best thing to do, but then i learned i was wrong.

Im a mage and im lvl 43. I want to have lots of points in the intelligence skill because i play with friends and i need to heal them a lot.

So ya thats about it. Post what you think i should put my skill points into.

 

Well, I'm an archer, and I use a classic Def/Str build. For mage, I would recommend the same.

 

70 def
70 str
8 int

 

80 str
u wot m8

 

But there's no such thing as above 70.

 

I did max Int, max Def, and the rest in Str.

Don't use a number that's not a 10 (eg. 10, 20, 30) as otherwise it's useless

You should first prioritize in gaining 50 intelligence, as hunger is extremely important to mage due to their reliance on spells. With this, meteor and heal at their full upgrade will only cost a mere 3 hunger, ice snake costs 2 hunger, and teleport only costs 1 hunger, letting you teleport simutaneously up to 6 times without running out of mana. This is required if you want to be a really good mage.

Now what's next is your choice. You can choose to be an offensive mage, or a defensive mage. If you want to be an offensive mage, pour your skill points into strength first until it's maxed to 70, then add your remaining 28 points to defense to compensate for it. Or you can be a defensive mage which is the other way around, where you pour your skill points into defense, which is max at 70, then add the remaining 28 skill points in to strength to compensate for it.

Tl;dr

70 str, 50 int (prioritize), 28 def.
28 str, 50 int (prioritize), 70 def.
