Can't Connect To Server

I haven't been able to connect to the server all week. whenever i try and connect it gives me the image attached. I looked for solutions online and some of them may not be accurate but i still tried them and i have not had any success. i can see that there are other people online so i thought it was a problem on my part. I tried restarting Minecraft, running vanilla Minecraft, restarting my router, connecting to a hardline and not Wifi, direct connecting to the server, and restarting my computer completely. I'm using the normal Minecraft launcher also. does anyone have advice/suggestions or am i never going to be allowed online again?
