    Anyways, I think that there is a problem with the old signs, as I never really saw them work after a minor network update (I think.. what update was it?). So, these portals are probably leading to some kind of new server selector, I guess. (Or maybe it can be the provinces or something, but highly unlikely. I just throw ideas at people.)
