Where To Grind?

Hi, I just wondered where are the best places to grind on the map for some of the followings grinding goals thing:
-legendary items
-level up for certain lvls to other certain lvls
-emeralds

Thank you if you post some locations for those grinding goals

Do quests. At level 26 there is no need for grinding.

 

Legendary items? Gavel

Xp? Gavel

Emeralds? Oh, what was it... Ah, yes, Gavel

Hi, I searched on the map for the Gavel province at the far right end of the wynn map. When you say gavel, are you joking with me because it doesn't even let me see the giant door enymore....

Hi again, in fact, I did search on internet, on the map, and even some of grian videos and it looked like it said it wasn't out there yet. I still went to the Gavel's door and it didn't even let me close to it... It said: "Gavel isn't ready for visitors yet" so yeah.... I don't know very much about Gavel, in fact, I learned that giant door at the far right of the oceant was a the door to the province of Gavel that I also didn't know the name of...
