I Need Help With Something. . .

I wasn't sure where to put this so I'm putting it here.

I was looking at the VIP+ benefits and I saw this.
Slap & Rocket in lobby. It didn't say anything about how to do it, so how do I slap and rocket people in the lobby? I tried /slap and /rocket but it said "Go into a game server to use commands!"
Does this mean /slap & /rocket is used in games? Or is it a mistake?

They never added it in the end, and possibly couldn't since you aren't able to use any other commands in the lobby.

 

I just noticed this.. Uhm.. Doesn't that mean they aren't giving us everything that we paid for..? o.o

I also noticed that we can't join full servers... There's no reserve slots... o.o

They never added it. But now I don't think they can because of Gavel. (Soon)

 

Reserved Slots is against the EULA and you can't use commands in the lobby so they couldn't add the slap and rocket. I assume these were pre-EULA perks that haven't been changed yet.

 

Actually reserved slots are not against the eula and they updated the ranks after it. (Vip+ was even a thing before it)

VIP+ wasn't a thing until after the EULA. Why implement these perks when they aren't going to give them to us at all. At least they had the courtesy to say that the armor colors are "coming soon" instead of leaving us in the dark. I know it's not that big of a deal, but now I'm sort of upset that I didn't get everything that I paid for.

ALSO! I just remembered something. On May 2nd I posted a bug report. I used 220 GC and bought the Cloud player effect in the gold coin shop. I paid for the gold coins myself. So I went to use it and every time I click the "cloud player effect" it says "you now have the letters effect" and gives me those. I already have the legit letter effect. This bug report has been open for almost 4 months now. During those 4 months I've gotten absolutely no responses. 15 days ago Tama63 closed my ticket and left me in the dark. I've been waiting for a fix for 4 entire months now. What have I got? Absolutely nothing. Another waste of money right there.

If they are going to advertise specific perks for purchase then they should give them to us. I know they may be busy with Gavel and all, but fixes like these should be able to be handled by one of the many GMs. Why have all those GMs if you're not going to fix small problems like these?

All ranting aside, I hope this is resolved soon. It's quite disappointing.

And that the "smoke" effect is actually a cloud effect .-.

 

Yeah. There was no indication that the cloud effect was the same as the smoke effect. They could have at least warned us before hand. I wonder what they're going to do about this. Hopefully we get some sort of replacement for the cloud effect and nonexistant vip perks. I honestly think a decent amount of GC would suffice, plus what I lost from purchasing the cloud effect not knowing it was the same as the smoke effect and/or not even being able to use it. GC isn't so hard to give for something like that. Either that or they actually implement the advertised features.

 

Personally, I bought VIP+ to support the server and the content team. I didn't buy it just to get perks, so I don't really care about it... And in all reality, it's not like being able to slap people and use rockets in the lobby is super important, just stop complaining and be patient.
