Wynncraftian Government

I imagine dern as an anarchy. Nice thread though :)

 

Thoughts on each

Spoiler: Fruma

Fruma: No argument, perfectly logical. Removing all power from others so that nobody seems more powerful than the king. We either left of our own accord or were exiled due to our magical abilities, thus coming to Wynn.

Spoiler: Dern

Dern: I am unsure of this one... The realm in Fantastic Voyage is likely part of Dern, so if all of Dern is like it, then there are likely no beings with the intelligence to set up a central government. However, if the "gateway realm" is underground Dern, it could be a whole different story.

If so, it's probably a dictatorship under whatever Bob got rid of when he died... Or above ground it could still be Enderland, which would make it either no intelligent beings or a bunch of survivors hiding from the endermen and their "ruler" in a ravaged land.

Spoiler: Wynn

Wynn: Yep. Perhaps there was a loose government at first, perhaps power was shared between the kings of Ragni and Troms, or the king of Troms was just there to monitor the jungle, as Ragni's king couldn't. Either way, it probably collapsed upon the corruption and hasn't quite recovered yet...

Spoiler: Gavel

Gavel: There should be a quest involving trying to overthrow Gavel's government. There seems to be a central government, but it's obviously not a democracy, as the government wants power, as shown by WynnExcavation, so why would they give citizens power? Also, they obviously could not care less about their citizens.

Spoiler: Corkus

Corkus: We know absolutely nothing about Corkus.

Perhaps the Elven and Dwarven governments next? I have ideas of my own, but...

Spoiler: The Dwarves

The Dwarven government is likely united, as the king of Thanos can send word to Dogovi to let you in. Monarchy centered in Thanos, perhaps, as we don't see any possible location for a ruler in Rodoroc or Dogovi... I mean, just because NYC is huge doesn't mean it's the capital.

Spoiler: The Elves

Elven... I don't know, capital is probably Aldorei... Direct Democracy for people in Aldorei perhaps?

Idk about dwarves, but I do want to point out the elves. They seem to have a parliamentary system with a elite council and whatnot
