Who Is Matryoshka Idol?

Seriously who on the earth is he? I have seen humans talked lot about him in forums, but i dont know anything about him. I only know its name, its a boss and li counterpart, nothing else. I havent try to found it because i were spend too much time at qiras hive. So im now want to know about it and basic information like.

1. Basic stats like health, elements stats and lvl?
2. Where i can found him?
3. Whats fighting for him?
4. Whats whole purpose for fighting (rewards)?
5. Is he refencing to something?
6. And possible image for it (not that one in legendary island)

I can get best answers for its creator, but anyone can tell about him.
