What Mob Drops Woodshavings?

I have found a couple in nesaak but have no clue what mobs drop it because I usually get other ingredients from all the mobs I see and 1/100 times I find this

 

I have a few that I've picked up from a Tier 3 chest in Corkus that spawns level 30-40 loot due low level mobs in the ground (Is what I assume at least). As a Tier 0 ingredient, they should be pretty common in loot chests around the Nessak area. I'm also unsure as to which mob drops them though

 

They probably drop from the dead woodcutters near the great bridge from the Underice quest (if they're still there).
Can someone check?
