    That is a loading room, nothing important, it loads your character info and holds the whole game.

    EDIT: It's been on main servers for a while now.

    Actually, there is a story behind this room. Originally you spawned directly into the plain dark box that /class teleports you to, but a new CT member on the build server messed with the world's spawnpoint several times. This room was created as a backup in case it'd affect ingame servers, and since it did, it's there now.
