There's some room for below-max mana steal rolls on Efteling/Unravel/Weathered. You can air powder the armour if you want a nice damage boost in crowds of mobs (raids and wars for example), even T5 powders would do. The necklace slot can best utilise Necklace of a Thousand Storms (for damage), Contrast (for life steal), or Diamond Steam Necklace.
