    They wouldn't have access to sprint after a couple ticks (unless you stop holding the wand before the mana regen activates, but then you are slowing yourself down every 4ish ticks). It also doesn't have the Speed 3 that Archer and Assassin get. Thus it is slower than Strati archer, just go watch a video on that instead tbh.
