Alchemism War Consumable Help Pls

This is what I came up with, I heard that the tower aura does like 20k true damage so I stacked bonus HP. I'm kind of worried about the price though, but I don't know what each ingredient would cost. Is there a more optimized recipe that would allow me to tank an aura hit with 8-10k base hp and a consumable? Preferably something that could last throughout an entire average war length and is less than 2le/charge (If that's unreasonable let me know).

you can also use 2 star mats if you get them for a reasonable price, this gets you double the duration

very cheap and easy to make. IIRC the hpr stat cancels out any other hpr stats gotten from following foods

If you're using food as well here, this is pretty good to use with any fire mythic/weapon although it's a bit expensive
