1. While that's a question, it's quite clearly posed as a meme with no effort put in, and was locked for it. An insulting one at that.
2. There's a difference between shitposting and unknowingly reannouncing something, and Wynn isn't going to punish someone for that.
3. Wrong section, sure, but far from a shitpost of any kind. Just a person looking for company.
4. Again, just a new person announcing something they didn't know others already knew.
5. Also wrong section, but once again, serves the purpose of asking a genuine question, albeit in an aggressive manner.

There's nothing preventing you from reporting a post, if you feel like it's somehow violating the forums' rules. In fact, that's pretty much the main way posts get locked, since a handful of voluntary moderators can't take care of an entire forum on their own. However, even if a thread does break the forums' rules, most normal people aren't going to spend the effort to report something that doesn't specifically appear to be harmful.
