    Complete the Dark Descent (lv 21) or kill an Underworld Crypt Key Guardian, which rarely spawn around the Nemract Swamp.

    And what if i have already completed the Dark Descent quest? Because i have tried to complete that dungeon and i died so now i need another key

    Then you can only get them through the Key Guardians (you can also get them from the trade market if you don't want to do that).
