To me, it looks like 'The Monstrosity' from Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, not giving any spoilers about the game.

In the game, 'The Monstrosity' is a giant zombie sort of deal, but it's blind, and only uses hearing to seek enemies, this monster passively leaks out greenish-blue coloured gas, which turns dead people, into zombies, something like corruption. The monster was created by "King Otto I" from blueprints of what seems to be "Da'at yichud" technology. After it was created, it killed many people so King Otto buried the monster and set the town "Wulfsburg" on fire to remove the evidence, in The Old Blood, they dig it up, like they dug up crystals in wynn, and they accidentally released the gas that filled "The Monstrosity"s tomb with dynamite, that caused a huge earthquake and killed many people, which caused zombies. Once you defeat the monster in the game whenever it happens, all the zombies start dying, if only corruption started dying in wynncraft.

EDIT: Both leak out gases from their mouths, both with green colours, but the monstrosity has a blue tint and it's lighter, or faded.
