Yes, but they aren't quest rewards, you need to kill suspicious spots

There are mobs, suspicious spots, that spawn all around dernal jungle, kill them, and buy weapons

 

tf are the spawnrates on these things it takes 10 years to find one

 

There's a spot in some sort of crypt, guarded by natives. It spawns right between some tombstones. Kill the spot, do /class, then it will spawn again. Kill it, rinse and repeat.
