Assassin/Ninja Help Thunder Spell Spam Build

I am working with this build currently, and trying to make the best build for soloing LI and hive. I am open to more builds with higher dps, but am focusing on improving this one. It would be nice to have stats mostly in dex and intel instead of across the board, and more spare sp to work with.

this is is already a pretty good black build, but i would change a few things such as
-atlas for mana steal and super slow attack speed
-two clock set items for a very cool fire/thunder dmg boost
-some more int maybe
the hard part about black builds is that you're either lacking on mana steal, intelligence or elemental defenses, so you might want to think about what you find more important.

Could be better int, but it hits 68, and it feels like you refill mana extremely fast so you'll probably be fine.

These builds are great, what is the purpose of the Atlas on these? I also am going heavy dps while still being able to solo LI and hive, etc so some of the builds that are more around 9k I am not as interested in. The build by MrH seemed interesting, but it has lowered defenses due to the removal of Paradox, is this still enough for a solo build? It also has -HR, which seems like a problem for me since I do not want -MR or -HR so I can stay in Deltas without taking my armour off. Thank you guys.

Negative mana regen isn't too big of a problem, since you have a natural 5 mana regen. Negative 3 wouldn't make you run out when not doing anything (you could also just not keep Black in your hand).
Negative health regen might be a but harder to solve, but Atlas gives some life steal as well so you could just hit a villager for a while until you have your health back.

 

Atlas brings attack speed to Super Slow so you can spend less time meleeing for mana steal (while still getting the same amount of mana steal on average) and more time casting spells. It also gives some nice extra mana steal.

 

What about a build like this?
