(Forums forced me to use a tag, only involves Armouring and Tailoring)
I'm uncertain about base durabilities of lvl100 crafted armour, but hopefully the Dernic materials (when they get added in game) should enable some decent-ish durability.

1: Get a good gale's force, 2 good Kazes, a good Follow the Wind (or Steam Bracelet), Diamond Steam Necklace
2: Make sure you get at least +20 total Agility boost from your accessories. The crafted armour would have a 120 Agility requirement and gives no skill points so the +20 Agility boost is very important. If your Kazes have bad +Agility, use Diamond Steam Bracelet for your bracelet slot.
3: Get lvl100 in Armouring and Tailoring
4: Get the ingredients shown below and craft this recipe:

5: sell them to me for free :D
You'll get a helmet, chestplate, greaves and boots with the following stats:

    64-80 ws
    2/4mr
    120 agi req

    - 306 durability if my calculations are correct, I've had countless ppl correct me for this part so if it's wrong then nevermind

Total walk speed: 296% - 438% (depending on how good your stuff is)
Quite the gamble, but better than nothing :D

    Findings from my experiment:

The wall of text Impact of Durability Loss on Stat Effectiveness:
(not 100% certain to be correct - I'm just one guy experimenting)
    upload_2019-2-1_17-46-47.png

    ~ = approximately

    (just in case)

    Procedure:
I randomly ran around Wynn for 33 minutes (timed) whilst wearing this helmet. Also, I barely sprinted (around 5 seconds total), I was hit by one mob during my journey, and I stayed on flat ground for the most part - hopefully no significant confounding variables.

    Findings:
After ~32 minutes I saw my hp drop by a few numbers, along with the % next to the helmet name go down to 99%. The health loss was a combination of me losing base hp from the helmet, along with the extra +320 hp stat's effectiveness decreasing down to 318 at first - and I can tell this because I lost more than 2hp in total, yet my 320+ hp stat only went down by 2.

    - Over the ~30 minutes I lost ~40 durability, and when timing the first 20 minutes I lost ~14 durability per 10 minutes.

    - I lost, maybe around 30ish durability before I saw even a glimpse of any change in the effectiveness of my helmet's stats or it's base health.

After another minute of running after that, I saw my hp drop by ~10 again, and the % of my helmet going down to 98% - a similar decrease to before but way quicker. I forgot about what durability loss happened here.

    Conclusion:
    We can assume:

    - That the % shown next to the name refers to the current % of ingredient effectiveness, not the durability which I previously believed to be.

    - That there is a hidden % value for durability and that until the armour loses more than x% of it's maximum durability, the armour's base and extra stats remain unaffected.

I made a vauge estimate (155 / 100 = 1.55 then 38 / 1.55 = ~24.5) which goes to around 25%. Assuming this estimate is accurate, all crafted items may have this 75% durability threshold.

    And no -health?

    Hmm
You could use a build like this to dodge anything, agility as backup

    Here's durablity caculations:
-Decaying heart removes Ob. cores 160
-Ob. core turns heart into +80
    - -34 -34 -125 durablity from items, doubled due to +100 effectiveness (I think so, at least)

    total: 80 - (2(-34-34-125))
    = 80 - (-136-250)
    = 80 - 386
    = -306

    You were right on durablity
