    Okay so I was doing ACT practice and I came across an article for the reading test.
    It described a Alpine-native rabbit relative called a Pika. I'm 99% sure wybels are pikas.

    There are some holes on Wybel Island filled with hay.

    There are some differences, as pikas are more solitary, and live on mountains rather than a floating patch of land suspended above a deathly void, but how are we supposed to get that in real life?

    (This also means wybels are rabbits and perfectly edible).

    (Seriously though I think I found what wybels are based on).

    Selver said hey were a rabbit/goat or sheep/car hybrid in the creation of them. How i hink it's split into eath thing is: Rabbit for size and ears, goat/sheep for horns, feet (from confirmed artwork) and presumedly wooly fur. And cat for universal adorableness?

    That's atleast what i heard and made out of what was said...
