The Angry Village Quest

i don't know if its just me but at the angry village quest there is a parkour that i have not been able to do because there is a difficult jump and every time i fail i am almost deady because of the lava. the lava hurts so much i am lv 31 and i have 800 healt point but i will die if not using al lot of healt point.

is this normal?

 

It's just you. The parkour isn't hard at all, but in your case, you should get some potions and/or a friendly mage to help you.

 

fire simply does a lot of damage
but the parkour is usally really easy
check if you have any negative walkspeed gear
if you do unequip it and do the parkour

 

Parkour is easy compared to other quests. It doesn't matter what level you are, fire will do the same amount of damage to any level. Best choice I can give you is to not speed run it or have an archer friend that can give you speed.

 

If you're having trouble with this parkour, you might want to try the following things to maximize your success:

- Take each jump one at a time. Speed running results in more mess-ups and more falling into the lava. This parkour isn't timed, so the best thing to do is take your time and make sure each jump is good.
- Make sure you have minimal lag. Lag can cause issues with parkour jumping, so reducing lag through Optifine can help smooth your game and make your jumping more fluid.
- Ask a mage or an archer to help you out. Archers can give you speed buffs, which can help you make the jump easier. Mages can heal you, so if you do mess up you won't have to waste a ton of potions to avoid death.
- Make sure to bring the quest requirements on the first parkour run. The quest will require you to obtain a potion of drunkness and 5 potatoes after you jump across and talk to the NPC, which means you would have to do the parkour twice. Bringing the requirements on the first run allows you to finish the quest within one run and prevents you from having to do it a second time.

These are just a few tips I have. Be aware that the parkour will get tougher the farther you get in the game, so it might be best to practice parkouring so you won't have the same problems you had with this quest.

 

When landing on a block, stop for a few seconds then observe what's in front of you, jump to the next block, and repeat until you finish the parkour.

 

Yes. The fire damage in Wynn is extremely fatal, you have to ace the parkour.
I had my mage friend assist me throughout the parkour, so they would continue healing me and taking off the fire.
The parkour isn't hard, depending on your skill level, I found it kinda easy.
Don't try to rush through it, you have time on your side, after jumping, observe the blocks ahead of you and jump carefully.
It should be easy to reach the end.
