Both builds have almost the same ehp. Which build is better in terms of:
1: Sustain?
2: DPS?
3: Roll Dependency?
And overall, which build is better?

not a professional but might as well give my opnion

1:divzer(more hpr, lifesteal)
2:probably spring(curse stacking due to trift)
3:divzer is definitely more roll dependant(dtide,dawnbreak, divzer itself needs good ms/ls/raw sd rolls)-spring only relies on trift(cheap-ish)

id probably go for the spring build

 

forget curse stacking, single curse makes spring do more spell damage

 

Well all the spring builds I can found have trift. Make a build with no trift then.

you dont need good mr rolls on spring and resu (i bought my resu for 150k), just get 6-7 total
nice hpr, ws is sus tho
tested it and is pretty good overall

 

Sustain: divzer
Dps: spring (though it takes a while to get some curse stacks going)
Rolls: spring is far less roll dependant

 

forget curse stacking getting ehp on divzer is nuking damage to a level where you can get better damage on spring with one curse

 

Divzer isn't very comparable. It especially isn't fair to compare it with Spring because Divzer is essentially always glassy no matter what and EWF is meta for Spring.

you're telling me Spring can't get the same damage using time rift with more than double the EHP??
