    No sorry Im going to make a speed archer (speed 3) and I got everything with 1 out of max. The only thing I need now are raging winds. I only got 1 with 14% and a Stratus with 13%

    If that is so then why does it have the tag "Untradable"? I know how you can trade it i'm not dumb either.
