    Umm... My friend and I were trying to kill mooington for the reincarnation quest. We got the key from the warden and tossed it into the hopper. The gate for some reason wouldn't open so we kept repeating the process only for it to fail. What should we do?

    Switch server worlds until you find one that works. That should fix the issue for you guys.
