   So I'm trying to do the quest Reincarnation and I need Mooingtons skin so I head to Skiens Island to get it. I enter the prison in the ravine and kill the warden to get the Skien Cell Key. After that I make my way to mooingtons cell and I throw the key into the hopper but the door doesn't open.
   Am I doing something wrong?

   This happened to me multiple times. You got the right key, but the world is glitched. Try to swap worlds a couple of times, it will work eventually (had to swap like 4 times).
