If anyone could make a Cryoseism build for me that would be appreciated,
    needs to have:
    Good health/ok defence
    Good damage
    good mr (atleast 8)

Aha, it happens that we both want fire-water shamans.

Madkurre suggested the typical fire-water (but it was before wynndata was updated so perhaps go to the Caste Construction thread and post this there to get an optimized build): https://wynndata.tk/s/64be5g (16k health, 9.6k aura, 16/4 mr max, 74 def, 129+ intel)
One good thing about this build is that even with horrible mana regen rolls, you still have great mr from the untradeables. Thus, you have at least 10/4 mr for this build.

Here are some possible tweaks I made:

    Water Sanc: https://wynndata.tk/s/n1j8h2 (11.4k health, 1o.5k aura, 13/4 mr max, 79 def, 129+ intel)
More damage, but significantly lower survivability. Mana regen rolls are still loose here.

    Ornate/Water Sanc: https://wynndata.tk/s/k6beyd (13k health, 11.5k aura, 10/4 mr max, 65 def, 129+ intel)
This is if you want more damage at the cost of slightly less survivability. Mana regen is mostly on untradeables, so mr rolls aren't too important.

    Ornate/Gigabyte: https://wynndata.tk/s/1skq7i (16.7k health, 10.5k aura, 11/4 mr max, 72 def, 129+ intel)
This is a balance between the first and third builds but mana regen rolls may be tight imo.

As you can see, these were all based on water damage. If you want mixed/fire damage, I suggest going to the Caste Construction thread, as Madkurre has more experience with this kind of stuff.
