Sea Dungeon

Today I decided to explore the new Sea Dungeon (still don't know the name).
Since I don't have any key, I wanted to explore the island to find any mob that could have it.



Before I did that I saw the Dungeon Rewards NPC:



And it had a strange reward, the horse.



As you can see in the image, he is selling a black horse for another black horse + 4 dungeon tokens.
But! Look at the horse statistics! It says 1/25. And a normal Black horse has up to 20 levels, not 25.

So, that would be like 2 and a half tier? Would that be worth? I would have to train the horse again.
NOTE: I don't know if that's new, but there is a tag that says Armour: None. Is that new? How can I get armor? (If you get it from a quest, no spoilers please)

 

You can do the same at the corrupted sewers dungeon too :> A chestnut 0/35.

And for the armour, absolutely no idea. A perk for donators perhaps?

 

I'm VIP and haven't seen any option. Do you know if that armor thing was before update? Maybe it is for a new update.

You can find the key guardians in any same-leveled area. There have been reports of themspanin in places like the kander forest
