    I know it isnt a problem but I would just like to understand it.
    Whenever I go to the tier 6 powder relics I click them they give me a random powder I have never gotten tier 5 or 6. Can someone please explain to me how it works, maybe I need to get all the relics for that powder?

    You get powders by chance. At t6 relics its quite hard to get a t5 or t6 powder. In fact I never got one by a relic. Theres a pretty high chance to get t2 and t3 and a smaller chance for t4.
