    Reflection and Thorns cause damage you take to be "reflected" back at opponents. Thorns is based off of basic attacks, which means enemies' basic melee hits and normal projectiles, while Reflection checks spells. The % means the likelihood of the effect activating, since the damage reflected is fixed at 150% of the damage you took from the hit.
