Serious Real Airpod Troubles

What the fuck is the problem with my airpods. It seems every 1-2 days, one of my pods is quieter than the other. I take a qtip and wipe it down, and clean my ear, and that seems to slightly fix the problem, but it just ends up happening again in a few days.

My airpod audio quality is also absolutely horrible when using bots like Rhythm bot. I'm just trynna listen to some kanye west soul shit but it sound like I'm listening through a soundproof wall. Is there anything I can do to help improve my audio quality (my airpod quality is perfectly fine on everything except for rhythm bot)?

Help with both problems would be very greatly appreciated :)

Just found out that sucking on the airpod (yes, literally sucking on it) somehow helps with the audio balancing. Alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated because it tastes like earwax when you do it.

I just looked it up and people suggested sucking on it. I have no idea how it works.

had the same problem with galaxy buds+.
left bud turned 10x quieter than it used to.
just bought a new one and all good xd.

i did try everything, sucking, blowing, opening the buds, cleaning with rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs. nothing worked for me.
