    1. What happens if you have 2 specials on your item? Will one be canceled?
    2. Do passives (on armor) stack? For ex, lets say I have 2 water abilities on my armor. Would it double the time and damage, or would one be rendered useless?

    1. You can only have 1 powder ability on a weapon, even if the weapon has 4 or more slots.

    2. I believe so.

    If you have say, 2 water passives on both your leggings and helmet, they will stack.

    So this means I can have 2 waters, and if I use 2 mana per bomb, it will last 4 seconds, and the damage would be double than if I only had 1?

    I don't think it will exactly double the potency, but they'll still stack in a way.
