Hello , so here is my story:

Back in the days, I have lost my water hive voucher item, x2 moon pool rings, due to glitch. (I joined and those two things disappeared)
But right now I am really in need of hive water voucher item. I know people will just say 'go and level your warrior' but I want to take the short route if possible.
Is there any cases where a player is refunded of his item, when it is 100% certain that he had completed that quest ?

I have completed the hive quest in my ninja class, Im sure mods or admins can check on that. But I don't have the water hive voucher , or water hive voucher item, to get refund.

Is refund possible in this situation?

 

Players are never refunded for lost items

 

Try relogging, sometimes items can become invisible but still be there for some reason. If they are gone though there is a strict no-refund policy.

Sorry, Wynn has a strict no-refund policy to prevent any scamming. Even if you have proof, they won’t do anything.
Sorry to say this, but the only option is to level your warrior/other class.

 

Sure, you'll get a totally real refund if you complete your trial

 

Oh dindt you get the message?!? I was pausing to do trial since long time ago.. I think my discord wasnt properly sent back then. My apologies. But well yeah, anyways, I dont think Ill be able to carry on with trials on schooldays. Im not sure if i"ll come back , but I hope you guys are still open when I do so. It nonetheless has been a valuable experience.
