    Sorry if this is in the wrong area or this isn't how you ask a question on here but...

    I found the tier 4 5 and 6 Earth relics, and instead of getting that tier I got tier 3 powders. Can anyone tell me why that is? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

    higher tier powders just have a chance of dropping from the big relics, you're still more likely to get 2-4 from a T6 relic
