Question About Assassin's

This may sound like a stupid question to some of you guys but is stealth on assassins supposed to slowly drain all your mana? because it says online that it only uses 3 mana but for me, it drains up the whole bar.

And yes it drains your mana while you are vanishing

 

It costs 3 mana on cast, but while using it , your mana is drained by 1 mana per second. Imagine how overpowered it would be if you could be invisible without a time limit, no?
