    I have one in my shop. Looking at around 3 LE, or if you have a good Asphyxia (mostly ignoring Dex and Air dmg, I don't care as much about those). I'm pretty sure I also have two others sitting around for a build I'm abandoning after the Libra nerf, if you're interested.

    I've got a 15sp one (1 more sp than the guy above me) and you can have it for 3LE as well.
    I'll do 2 t6 water powders instead
