So, I know everyone is going crazy over the raw melee buffs, but I want to see how tierstacking fares in 1.19.

As you may know, Diaminar is a good unique spear that works well in a tierstack melee build.

1.19 added new items that allow better tierstack builds.

Here's something I came up with in 3 minutes: https://wynndata.tk/s/f0maxy

It's not necessarily tanky, but it definitely isn't glassy at 16k health and 65 defense. It also has a decent 590 ls.

Now, look at the dps. 1.19 easily allows a tierstack build like this to reach 10k dps. Plus, it's not even sp tight, since all skill points are now predetermined!

This build can probably be optimized, so leave any suggestions you have below.

It's decent for Diaminar. If you can get significantly higher (as in 12k or more), please do put suggestions, because I'm actually considering this build.

Also, I'd like to note that I was trying to balance damage output with survivability (hence the lifesteal and health).
